The use of pre-cast structural concrete plays a significant role in achieving a bold, geometric look while providing an efficient construction system. The Realm Precinct features several renowned restaurants, including Buvette, Ostani Bar and Restaurant, Maple and Clove, and Lilotang. It also includes three premium hotels, the state-of-the-art EVO health club, Mudd day spa, and Kundalini Hair Salon.
