Unlike conventional leasing, the majority of services are included within your monthly lease. It includes use of business address, 24/7 access, high speed internet with no download limits, telephony, furnished fit out, access to collaboration and break out areas, end of trip facilities, just to name a few. Inclusions may vary between each coworking partner.

You receive a dedicated leasing agent that would support you on the end-to-end process.

Absolutely not. Offices Now provides independent advice and solutions to you and are paid by our coworking partners on the successful referral. The fee paid is the same across our partners.

Our coworking partners offer flexible options, starting from month to month, to longer nominated fixed term. The general rule is the longer the lease, the better the price incentive. Whether you have a long or short term requirement, we can assist.

Most coworking partners have a once off set up/activation fee per person. The fee will vary between coworking partners, and this normally covers providing access passes (building and office cards/keys) along with administrative tasks in getting the business set up.

Each coworking partner has their own unique offering; however, all would include services such as high-speed internet, telephony, printing, mail/deliveries services, nightly cleaning and amenities such as access to meeting rooms, break out areas, fully stocked kitchens and access to end of trip facilities.

When you enter into an office lease agreement with a coworking partner, this would provide you and your team access to all their other locations, nationally and even internationally. Access would allow you to utilise the breakout areas and collaboration space within the location.

Many coworking partners provide weekly, monthly along with ad-hoc social events and networking opportunities for their members. Our partners can also assist if you want to run specific networking or private events, utilising their facilities.

Most definitely! If you have a short to mid-term space requirement due to winning a tender or setting up a project team for a few months, we can assist in finding you solutions on very short notice and help negotiate the best short-term rates.

An office bridging solution can be defined in a few ways. Here are some examples:

  • Need space whilst your permanent office is being fitted out;
  • You are unsure what the next 6-12 months would look like, and you need space in the meantime;
  • You have not renewed your existing lease and need short term space, whilst looking for a new permanent workspace;
  • Your office is under repairs and you need temporary space;

Each coworking partner will have a different timeframe on when renewals need to occur by. Generally, the deadline would be 2-3 months before the end of your lease. Before then, you would either receive courtesy renewal emails or contacted directly to discuss your options.

If you are looking at alternative workspace options, simply contact us with your requirement and we will assist you in finding the best solution for your business.

At the end of your lease, assuming you have not renewed, there will be an exit/restoration fee. This fee will vary between coworking partners. At the start of your lease, the coworking partners would re-paint walls, steam cleaning carpets, etc, to ensure you move into a brand-new workspace. When you leave, they repeat the process and therefore the exit/restoration fee.
